Bicma Hygiene Technologie GmbH, a privately owned German manufacturer of hygiene market machinery, will celebrate its 20th anniversary in July 2015.
 
When the company was founded in 1995 by Lothar Geiger and Thomas Spurzem, who are still the owners today, the team was  small and the focus was mainly on femcare and light inco machines and rebuilds.Thanks to a high level of expertise, flexibility, innovation, and a very customer-oriented attitude, Bicma was able to establish a strong market position and an excellent reputation.
 
Looking back on 20 years of healthy and steady growth, the company has about 80 highly motivated employees and a large factory with three modern assembly halls. It has been ISO-certified for quality management since 2007. In addition to its size, level of professionalism and turnover, the field of Bicma’s activities has also expanded. Today, Bicma’s portfolio  comprises high quality machines and machine rebuilds for baby diapers, light inco products, adult shaped pads, adult diapers, femcare products, underpads, meat pads, pet pads, nursing pads, and similar products. Further expansion of the portfolio can be expected in the future.
